1. With receipt present – our policy for returns / exchanges and refunds is valid within seven (7) days from your purchase date
2. All items must be in complete original condition it was received in – unopened packaging with manufacturer seal intact in order to be refunded
3. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned goods
4. Refunds will be remitted via cash or bank transfer only.
5. Returns / exchanges will be facilitated only via our listed pickup points or curbside pickup
6. If seven (7) days has passed, our policy does not allow for any return / exchange or refund.
7. Warranties – if any, shall be listed on receipt of purchase and should be copied and kept safe by customer. If a claim is to be made this must be present. We are not liable if one misplaces their warranty. All warranties provided covers manufacturers defects of the product for the full duration of the warranty. The warranties does not cover any labour cost associated with installation/removal of the product. Warranties can be voided if there is misuse or improper installation of the product. If an item proves to be defective it can be either refurbished or replaced where feasible.
