1. With receipt present – our policy for returns / exchanges and refunds is valid within seven (7) days from your purchase date
2. All items must be in the original packaging, in the condition it was received in – unopened packaging with manufacturer seal intact, unused and undamaged in order to be refunded. 

3. Upon request of a refund, all items are subject to proper inspection by our team or at one of our recommended auto mechanics before a refund is considered or issued.

4. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned goods.

5. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at our location.
6. Refunds will be remitted via cash, bank transfer or credit note only.
7. If seven (7) days has passed, our policy does not allow for any return / exchange or refund 

8. We are not responsible for any labour cost at your respective garage for removal or installation of any item purchased

9. We are not responsible for misuse or improper installation of any item purchased

10. Warranties – if any, shall be listed on receipt of purchase and should be copied and kept safe by customer. If a claim is to be made this must be present. We are not liable if one misplaces their warranty. All warranties provided covers manufacturers defects of the product for the full duration of the warranty. The warranties does not cover any labour cost associated with installation/removal of the product. Warranties can be voided if there is misuse or improper installation of the product. If an item proves to be defective it can be either refurbished or replaced where feasible.
